Level 1 cricket coach
Troy Nicoll has a Certificate IV in Fitness from the Fitness Institute of Australia (FIA), and has two years experience in the Fitness Industry. He has trained, and completed an internship under Jock Campbell (Former Head Trainer of the Australian Test and One Day Cricket side), and is also a Level 1 cricket coach. Troy has represented the Illawarra Academy of Sport in both cricket and golf, and was a member of the Emerging Blues NSW cricket squad. He specialises in nutrition and weight loss, and sport specific training with experience from amateur to professional athletes.
Troy is ambitious, and driven to ensure that each client achieves their chosen goals. |

Brian has three years experience in the fitness industry along with a lifetime passion for health and fitness. This is demonstrated through his commitment and dedication to helping all clients achieve their goals in an enjoyable and safe environment.
Throughout the years he has trained and competed at various levels in Soccer, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Motocross and Cycling.
Brian continually strives to develop his knowledge and skills and he has done this by achieving a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science), Certificate IV in Fitness, and is currently obtaining his Strength and Conditioning qualification.
He thoroughly enjoys working with the Chodat Fitness team as they continually look at new and innovative ways to assist clients in achieving their health, wellbeing and fitness goals.

Lukas has worked as a trainer for 10 years working with a wide range of clients with varying needs from elite athletes, children, corporate clients, sedentary clients, special needs clients and also worked with local sporting teams and school groups. Lukas’s other specialties lie in sprints coaching and sports specific coaching.
He has a highly motivated attitude and a desire to see people reach their fullest potential in health and fitness.

Clare has completed her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Personal Training and also has her Diploma in fitness. Clare is also is a qualified THUMP Boxing trainer.
Health and fitness has always been a part of Clare’s life and has participated and represented in numerous sports ranging from teams sports to individual sports such as cross country and Athletics. Clare has also been a dancer for over 10 years competing in a variety of genres leading her around Australia.
Clare designs specific tailored fitness programs for all her clients and specialises in weight loss, core strength, flexibility, sports specific training and strength training for women.

Keiron has 8 years experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Specialist. Competing at high levels in a variety of sports such as hockey, cricket, athletics and golf, allows him to design sports specific programs catering to his clients using knowledge and experiences gained from these sports.
After completing his Diploma in Fitness, Keiron specialises in exercise technique, weight management and functional training to improve workplace efficiency and posture. Keiron is a qualified Athletics Coach and is currently studying at the University of Wollongong to become a PDHPE teacher. His positive and enthusiastic attitude will inspire you to reach your highest potential in all dimensions of your health and well being.
