Lukas is registered Personal Trainer that has 6 years experience as a trainer in the fitness industry. He is also a qualified sprints coach, and has a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Wollongong. He has a highly motivated attitude and a desire to see people reach thier fullest potential in health and fitness. He has competed nationally for sprinting over the 100m and 200m races and holds various national titles, which has seen him train clients from Sydney FC (soccer), NSW Swifts (netball), St George Illawarra Dragons (juniors), and an array of clients representing Australia in tennis, and NSW in sprinting, netball and touch football. Lukas specialises in weight loss, fitness training, strength training, group fitness classes, sprint training, dietary advice, flexibility/core training and sports specific programming.

Keiron has 5 years experience in the fitness industry as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Specialist. He has competed at high levels in a variety of sports such as hockey, cricket, athletics and golf, which has allowed him to design sports specific programs for his clients using knowledge and experiences gained from these sports. Keiron has completed his Diploma of Fitness and specialises in exercise technique, weight management and functional training to improve workplace efficiency and posture. Keiron is a qualified Athletics Coach and is currently studying at the University of Wollongong to become a PDHPE teacher. His positive and enthusiastic attitude and commitment will inspire you to reach your highest potential in all dimensions of your health and well being.
